EWill

Terms of service

Version 2026-10-01

Draft for review. The final wording will be provided by EWill before launch.

These terms explain how you may use EWill and what you can expect from us. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

EWill helps you prepare a will by answering guided questions. We generate a document from your answers; we do not provide legal advice and we do not review your personal circumstances.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address. Keep access to that email account secure, as anyone with access to it can sign in to EWill as you.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your answers, and for signing and registering your will as required for it to take effect.

4. Payment

The price is shown before you pay. Payment is taken once, by card, through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, EWill is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you provide or from a will that is not signed or registered correctly.

6. Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we will tell you before they apply to you.
