1. What we collect
Your name and email address, your answers to the eligibility check and the will questionnaire, payment records (not full card details), and basic technical data such as IP address and browser type for security.
2. Why we use it
To create and maintain your account, prepare your will, take payment, send service emails such as sign-in codes, and protect the service against fraud and abuse.
3. How we protect it
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Documents are stored privately and downloaded only through short-lived secure links. Access by staff is limited to what is needed to run the service.
4. Who we share it with
Only the providers needed to run the service, such as hosting, email delivery and payment processing. We do not sell your data.
5. Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by contacting support.
